Are you going to use Sprint Navigation or use Google Maps Navigation downloaded from the Android marekt?I have Google Maps so I can answer your question from that stand point. First off, I like Google GPS because it's always updating itself and improves upon itself with more features every time. No need to buy maps or pay into a traffic service. Problem however is that some areas (map wise) seem to be more up to date than others. Being able to look at real pics of houses, streets and buildings is cool .and creepy at the same time. The look of the screen is basic but in a good way. Roads and streets are clear and not cartoonish looking but the wording could be a little bigger. However, to compensate, once you press a POI's marker it will have all the info about that place and will even link you to their website. Being able to browse the web as part of navgation is very convenient. The info is from the Google database so you can actually look at the website first, if you wanted to, from the phone's browser. Press get directions and google will automatically activate navigation or you can just say navigate to _______ and it will automatically bring up a list of the closest POI's with the ability to navigate directly to them. It works with your contacts as well. The traffic service is good and pretty consistent but not perfect. Sometimes it pinpoints traffic very accurately and even gives info about what's going on, even with accidents reports. But once in a while it will be off. It does main streets and highways well enough, but side streets and secondary roads can be hit and miss. It will give you the option of different routes and a look at traffic before starting navigation so you can base routing on traffic ahead of time. You can also go a differant route while in the middle of navigation as well so if you do come up on something unforseen you can choose a different way to go. Rerouting is fairly quick too. It's not perfect, but it's still one of the best GPS's I've used feature wise. For a free service you can't beat it.
